Treasury 10-Year Yield Reaches Year’s Low as Stocks Fall

Treasuries rose, sending the 10-year note’s yield to the lowest level since November, amid a fresh slump in technology shares.

US government bonds also were buoyed by a rally in the UK market, while Friday’s month-end Treasury index rebalancing — incorporating sizable quarterly issuance — may trigger additional buying from passive investors.
