Latin American Unicorn Habi Acquires Broker Platform Pulppo

Residential real estate platform Habi acquired Pulppo, a Mexican real estate broker-services technology company to add operations in Mexico, Colombia and Argentina.

Pulppo will allow Habi to better serve brokers in the region, according to Habi co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Brynne McNulty Rojas. Terms of the acquisition weren’t disclosed.
