Boeing Africa Plc projects the number of its aircraft on the continent will triple as economic expansion spurs more travel in the region.

Delivery of 1,205 new airplanes over the next two decades will increase Africa’s commercial fleet size to about 1,700, Managing Director Henok Teferra Shawl said in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi, on Thursday.
