Sri Lanka plans to allow exporters to purchase locally issued dollar-denominated bonds, as authorities seek to diversify funding channels.

The cabinet has approved amendments to foreign exchange regulationsBloomberg Terminal, which will be submitted to parliament for approval, government spokesman Nalinda Jayatissa said on Tuesday.
