Omnicom Raises $2.4 Billion From Its First Bond Sales Since 2024

Omnicom Group Inc. issued bonds in Europe and the US for the first time since 2024 on Wednesday, the advertising heavyweight’s initial offerings since completing its takeover of rival IPG in November.

The firm sold $1.7 billion of dollar notesBloomberg Terminal in three tranches, according to a person familiar with the matter. Omnicom also priced €600 million ($707 million) of eight-year notesBloomberg Terminal at 125 basis points above midswaps, about 30 basis points tighter than initial price talk, said a separate person, who also asked not to be identified.
