Delta Electronics Inc. earnings rose to a record, propelled by robust demand for high-end power systems and liquid cooling solutions used in data centers for artificial intelligence.

Going forward, data center expansion is expected to be the primary growth driver for the Taiwanese electronics manufacturer, Chairman Cheng Ping said in a Thursday briefing.
