Ukraine’s envoy to the US said the Trump administration protested its attack on an oil pipeline terminal on Russia’s Black Sea coast that disrupted oil flows from US energy majors in Kazakhstan.
Ambassador Olga Stefanishyna told a news conference that she was told that the Ukrainian attack on the Caspian Pipeline Consortium terminal in the Russian port city of Novorossiysk “affected some of the American investments which are being performed through Kazakhstan.”
