US Treasury Rally Stalls With 10-Year Yield Approaching 4%

The rally that drove five- and 10-year Treasury yields to their lowest levels since January stalled as demand for havens eased.

Yields were little changed with the 10-year near 4.03%. Monday’s low, just under 4.02%, was the closest the yield has been to 4% since late November. It’s fallen from as high as 4.30% early this month with US stocks beset by concerns around artificial intelligence and US trade policy. Investors also are focused on a possible US military strike on Iran, with haven demand offsetting the inflation threat from rising oil prices.
