Two Top HSBC Traders Are Departing Ahead of Tough Bonus Season
Some of the very bosses meant to deliver bad news about bonus payouts to their traders at HSBC Holdings Plc are set to exit themselves.
James Grafton, global head of cash equities trading, and Steve Jobber, head of cash equity trading for Europe, Middle East and Africa, are among employees expected to leave the British lender before the bonus season, people familiar with the matter said, asking not to be identified as the information is private. The London-headquartered bank is due to share details of its annual awards with staff shortly after its full-year earnings announcement on Wednesday.
