India Has Many Reasons to Attract Foreign Flows, Minister Says

India has “every reason” to attract foreign funds, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said, even as overseas inflows remain modest and lag behind regional peers following months of volatility.

“You would expect the funds to flow toward such economies like India,” Sitharaman told reporters in New Delhi, adding that the country has all the hallmarks global investors look for, ranging from macroeconomic performance to policy stability.
