German Fiber Network DNS:NET Picks Advisers For Debt Talks

German fiber operator DNS:NET Internet Service GmbH and its creditors have appointed advisers to prepare for debt talks as the Berlin-based firm struggles to fund the roll-out of its network.

DNS:NET, which is backedBloomberg Terminal by 3i Infrastructure Plc, is working with Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Houlihan Lokey, Inc. according to people familiar with the matter. Creditors to the firm are being advised by Linklaters LLP, they added, asking not to be identified discussing private information.
