Henry Boot Plc, one of the UK’s leading developers hit by a property sector slump, is cutting jobs just weeks after the sale of its construction business saw its workforce shrink by about 21%.
The Sheffield, England-based firm, whose stock has traded on the London Stock Exchange for more than a century now, is expecting to have reduced its overall headcount by about 20 people by the end of spring, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
