The world’s largest home improvement retailer told eligible employees across stores and corporate offices that it will increase the minimum threshold for sales performance to 95% from 90%, according to a memo viewed by Bloomberg News. Those achieving the minimum performance will now receive an adjusted payout of 25% of the target instead of 50%.
