UK’s Brewdog Picks AlixPartners to Run Sale Process, Sky Reports

Brewdog Plc, the British brewer of craft beers ranging from Punk IPA to Elvis Juice, has appointed AlixPartners to oversee a potential sale, according to Sky News.
AlixPartners has sounded out prospective buyers in the last few days, and a quickfire deadline has been set for indicative offers, Sky reported, citing unnamed sources. Brewdog is likely to fetch far less than a once-mooted valuation of £2 billion ($2.7 billion), one of the sources told Sky.
