ByteDance Nears $6 Billion Moonton Sale to Savvy, Reuters Says

ByteDance Ltd. is in advanced discussions to sell its Moonton business to Savvy Games for more than $6 billion, Reuters reported.

The two parties have struck a broad agreement on terms and could seal the deal as soon as this quarter, Reuters said, citing sources who it didn’t identify.
