Boerse Stuttgart to Merge Crypto Arm with Trading Firm Tradias

German stock exchange operator Boerse Stuttgart Group is set to merge its crypto operations with Frankfurt-based digital asset trader Tradias.

The newly formed unit will house around 300 employees and operate under a joint management team from Boerse Stuttgart and Tradias, according to a statement Friday. Financial details weren’t disclosed.
