Bitcoin Steadies in Asia After Standard Chartered Warning
Cryptocurrencies steadied Friday in Asia after falling in the US overnight following a warning from Standard Chartered about further Bitcoin weakness.
Bitcoin was trading around 1% higher at $66,400 at noon in Singapore having fallen as much as 4% in New York to $65,079, it’s lowest level this week. Ether was sitting around $1,950, up from the $1,896 low it saw in the US.
