South Korea’s HYBE Co. was ordered to pay a former executive and star producer at one of its subsidiaries about 25.5 billion won ($19 million), the latest move in a high-profile legal dispute involving the girl group NewJeans.

The Seoul Central District Court ruled that former ADOR Chief Executive Officer Min Hee-jin was entitled to exercise her contractual right to sell her stake in ADOR back to Hybe, Yonhap News reported, citing the court. The payment is calculated based on ADOR’s operating profit and Min’s shareholding in the label, under terms of the agreement she signed with Hybe.
