NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy is seeking debt restructuring advice as Russian attacks on Ukraine’s energy assets increase the likelihood it will need to delay payment on a bond due in July.

The Ukrainian state energy company sent out a request for proposal to advisers to help tackle the maturity of the €695 million ($827 million) issue, according to people familiar with the matter, who asked not to be identified talking about a private matter.
