Lula Holds Five-Point Lead Over Flavio Bolsonaro in Brazil Election Poll

President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva holds a five-point advantage over right-wing Senator Flavio Bolsonaro ahead of Brazil’s October election, a new poll released Wednesday showed.

Lula leads Flavio, the eldest son of imprisoned former leader Jair Bolsonaro, 43%-38% in a head-to-head scenario, according to the Genial/Quaest survey.
