Harley-Davidson May Get Cut to Junk By S&P After Results Report

Harley-Davidson Inc.’s credit ratings may get cut to junk status after the motorcycle maker posted weaker-than-expected results, S&P Global Ratings saidBloomberg Terminal on Wednesday.

The company is seeing declines in sales, selling 12% fewer motorcycles in 2025 than the year before, according to S&P. Harley-Davidson hasn’t cut its manufacturing expenses accordingly, S&P said.
