Bill Ackman’s Pershing Square said it has taken a sizable stake in Meta Platforms Inc.

Pershing Square said it acquired a stake in Meta that amounts to about 10% of the investment manager’s capital as of the end of the year, according to an investor presentation Wednesday. The position dates to late November.
