Jain Global Adds Five More Portfolio Managers for Asia Expansion

Bobby Jain’s eponymous hedge fund firm added five more portfolio managers in Asia, pushing ahead with an expansion to compete with larger multistrategy rivals.

Squarepoint Capital alumnus Nicanor Trano and former Barclays Plc trader Xiong Jiujiu both joined Jain Global in Singapore as rates and macro portfolio managers, according to a person with knowledge of the matter and the regulatory registry.
