Crypto Boss Kulechov Buys Discounted £22 Million London Mansion

Crypto entrepreneur Stani Kulechov has bought a mansion in London’s Notting Hill district for £22 million ($30 million), marking one of the most expensive home deals of the past year in a beleaguered luxury property market.

The founder of decentralized finance platform Aave purchased the sprawling house in November, about a week before the UK budget, according to a filing. The purchase price was about £2 million below the guidance published earlier by one of the brokers involved in the sale.
