India Startups Look to Tap US, Europe Outflanking Chinese Peers
Indian space sector startups are working to expand into the US, Europe and Australia, zeroing in on markets that will be harder for their Chinese competitors to break into.
Companies such as Pixxel Space Technologies Inc. and Agnikul Cosmos Pvt Ltd. told Bloomberg TV on Monday that they’re focusing on countries where Indian companies are already accepted. India, which recently concluded an expansive trade deal with the European Union, is planning to increase its defense and space sector spending, further boosting the prospects of these fledgling firms.
