Poundland Owner Buys UK Fashion Brand LK Bennett From Insolvency

Investment firm Gordon Brothers bought British fashion brand LK Bennett out of administration, the latest shakeup among ailing UK retailers.

The firm, which bought Poundland for £1 ($1.38) last year, didn’t say how much it paid for LK Bennett, nor what will happen to the stores.
