Kuwait Petroleum Expands Remit of New Energy Trading Division

Kuwait Petroleum Corporation is expanding the remit of its Dubai-based energy trading arm six months after creating the unit.

The company is giving its traders more access to energy products coming out of Kuwait, Chief Executive Officer Sheikh Nawaf Al-Sabah said on Wednesday. However, they won’t be dealing in the country’s crude.
