French Finance Minister Roland Lescure shrugged off gyrations in the yen after chairing a meeting of his Group of Seven counterparts.

“When you enlarge the focus and you look at the recent movement of the yen, you feel that the recent strength of the yen has been pretty small compared with the overall devaluation that’s been taking place over the last 18 months,” he told Bloomberg Television.
