Bulgaria’s central bank chief said he won’t become his country’s premier.

“If I accept becoming interim prime minister, that would be a violation of both the Bulgarian and the European legislation, and also of the established norms of central banking,” Dimitar Radev, who also is a member of the European Central Bank Governing Council, said after a meeting with Bulgaria’s president.
