Rob Jetten, whose center-left D66 party won the Dutch election in October, said he’s reached a tentative agreement with key coalition partners to form a minority government.

The D66 along with the conservative Christian Democrats and the center-right People’s Party for Freedom and Democracy will present details on their coalition agreement Friday, Jetten told reporters in the Hague late Tuesday.
