The European Central Bank needs to keep all options available due to the unstable global backdrop, particularly on trade, according to Governing Council member Martin Kocher.

While officials remain “in a good place,” they face “still very high” uncertainty, the Austrian central-bank head told Bloomberg Television on Tuesday.
