Angola Plans $1.4 Billion Debt-for-Health Swap in 2026

Angola plans a $1.4 billion debt-for-health swap this year, the finance ministry said in a borrowing plan.

The swap would allow part of the country’s commercial debt to be restructured in exchange for spending commitments on public health, the ministry said in the plan presented on Tuesday.
