Mizuho CEO Is Upbeat About Japan’s Fiscal Policy After Bond Rout

Mizuho Financial Group Inc. Chief Executive Officer Masahiro Kihara is encouraged by the Japanese government’s fiscal stance, despite the worried signals from the bond market this week.

“The profile of the Japanese fiscal policy, the budget, has been improving,” Kihara said in a Bloomberg Television interview at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, on Wednesday.
