United Airlines Holdings Inc. warned that geopolitical tensions risk disrupting what’s been “a pretty hot start to the year.”

Chicago-based United remains exposed to fallout between global powers due to its extensive long-haul network, Chief Executive Officer Scott Kirby said during an interview on Bloomberg television after the carrier reported better-than-expected financial results.
