Russia poses a clear threat in the Arctic, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney told world leaders in Davos, Switzerland, though at this stage it is “more prospective than actual.”

Carney made the comment Tuesday in response to a question about US President Donald Trump’s assertion that Greenland is under threat from Russia and China.
