Most Delfin Owners Push for Financial Holdings Sale, Paper Says
Five of the eight heirs to the Del Vecchio fortune are pressing the board of their family’s holding firm to advance a plan to sell or distribute its financial holdings, Italian newspaper La Repubblica reported Saturday.
A decision depends on the board and doesn’t require a unanimous vote by the shareholders, the newspaper said, citing the lawyers of the parties. The heirs are equal shareholders in the holding firm.
