Top Cerved Executive Exits From Billionaire Pignataro’s ION Unit

A former Microsoft Corp. executive has left Cerved Group, the Italian credit-information company that is part of billionaire Andrea Pignataro’s ION Group, according to people familiar with the matter.

Giulia Cavalli stepped down as Cerved’s chief administrative officer this week after less than two years in the position, the people said, asking not to be identified because the matter isn’t public.
