ICE Deputy, 28, Quits to Fight Democrat for Ohio House Seat

Madison Sheahan, the deputy director of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, has resigned to runBloomberg Terminal for Congress in Ohio, a seat that has been long-held by a Democrat.

Sheahan, a 28-year-old Ohio native, is seeking the US House seat for Ohio’s 9th Congressional District, where she is challenging Marcy Kaptur, who has represented the region in Congress since the early 1980s.
