Trump Envoy Says US and Greenland Likely to Reach Beneficial Agreement

The US and Greenland will likely reach some kind of beneficial agreement, according to US Ambassador to Belgium Bill White, who underlined President Donald Trump’s commitment to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

“I believe there will be a productive framework between President Trump and the Prime Minister of Denmark and this will lead to a more secure Greenland,” White said in an interview with Bloomberg Radio. “And that is secure for NATO, Europe and the US.”
