Paramount Names New CFO Amid Contest for Warner Bros.

Photographer: Eric Thayer/BloombergParamount Skydance Corp. said board member Dennis Cinelli will become chief financial officer, appointing a permanent executive to the position as it continues to fight for control of Warner Bros. Discovery Inc.
Cinelli, who has previous experience at Uber Technologies Inc. and at Scale AI, replaces interim CFO Andrew Warren, Paramount said in a statement on Wednesday. Cinelli will leave Paramount’s board, while Warren will continue to be involved with the company as a strategic adviser.
