Trump Administration to End Somali Temporary Status in March

The move would affect “thousands” of people, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt posted on X. That includes many in Minnesota, which is home to a large Somali community and where the administration has accelerated its immigration crackdown in recent weeks, though much of that group are permanent residents or citizens.
