European Sectors to Watch Ahead of Supreme Court Tariff Ruling

European stock investors are preparing for the implications of a US Supreme Court ruling on the legality of President Donald Trump’s “Liberation Day” tariffs.

The decision on the flat rate Trump slapped on all US imports in April could come as soon as 10 a.m. Eastern time on Friday. Lower courts have ruled that the President lacked the authority to announce such a move.
