South Africa Gasoline Price Drops to Four-Year Low on Oil, Rand

The retail price of 95-octane gasoline will decrease by 3% to 20.75 rand ($1.26) per liter in the Gauteng province, the country’s economic hub, from Jan. 7, the ministry of mineral and petroleum resources said in an emailed statement on Sunday. The wholesale price of diesel will decrease by at least 7%.
