UK Boxer Anthony Joshua Out of Hospital After Fatal Crash

Two-time heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua has been discharged from the hospital after being injured in a car crash in Nigeria that killed two of his close friends.

Joshua was discharged from the hospital Wednesday afternoon after being certified “clinically fit to recuperate from home,” according to a statement from the Lagos government on Thursday. Joshua and his mother visited the funeral home in Lagos later that afternoon “to pay their final respects to his two departed friends as they were being prepared for repatriation,” it said.
