Nuclear Startup Blykalla Raises $50 Million for Small Reactor

Swedish nuclear startup Blykalla AB has raised $50 million of fresh capital to accelerate its work on a small modular reactor that could help power data centers and other facilities.

The round was co-led by its US peer Oklo Inc., Sweden’s Norrsken Launcher and Armada Investment AG, Blykalla said in a statement Thursday. Investors involved in hyperscalers and cloud-computing firms also participated in the fund raising.
