Kongsberg Buys US Missile Company Zone 5 for Undisclosed Sum

Norwegian defense company Kongsberg Gruppen ASA signed an agreement to buy US missile company Zone 5 Technologies LLC, which produces long-range strike and anti-drone missiles, for an undisclosed sum.

“The acquisition of Zone 5 marks a significant strategic move for Kongsberg,” Chief Executive Officer Geir Haoy said. “Zone 5 is at the forefront of developing affordable missiles to be produced in high numbers.”
