Truecaller Caps Terrible 2025 With Fresh Plunge to Record Low
This year’s selloff in Swedish caller-ID platform Truecaller AB accelerated markedly on Monday, on signs the firm’s ad revenues remain mired in the doldrums.
Shares in the Stockholm-based company, whose software enables users to identify unknown numbers and block spam calls and messages, plunged 29% after it said fourth-quarter ad revenue was expected to be around 30% lower than a year earlier. That sent the stock to its lowest level since its 2021 listing.
