EU Deal on Ukraine Funding ‘Increasingly Difficult,’ Kallas Says

Kaja Kallas, the EU’s most senior diplomat, said accessing the frozen assets remains the “most credible” option. Speaking at a gathering of EU foreign ministers in Brussels ahead of a leaders summit on Thursday and Friday, she urged member states to move on the plan.
