SVP Nears Deal for Luxury Mayfair Office Block at 33% Discount

Strategic Value Partners LLC is in talks to buy a luxury Mayfair building from an Italian family office at a discount of about 33% to its previous value.

The opportunistic credit investor is nearing a deal to acquire 7 Old Park Lane for less than £100 million ($134 million), according to people with knowledge of the matter who asked not to be identified as the deal is not public. The office, which is close to Green Park, was first put on the market for about £150 million in 2023, CoStar reported.
