Lumexa Imaging Shares Edge Up in Debut After $462.5 Million IPO

Lumexa Imaging Holdings Inc. shares rose 0.1% after the health-care company raised $462.5 million in a US initial public offering that priced at the mid-point of its marketed range.

Shares of the Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe-backed company closed at $18.52 each on Thursday in New York, versus an IPO price of $18.50 apiece. Lumexa, which manages a chain of diagnostic imaging providers, sold 25 million shares after offering them for $17 to $20 each.
